It’s so hot this summer and the best casual outfit will surely be a white cotton tee and a pair of silk shorts.  To dress your casual chic outfit with more sophistication,  choose the right accessories.  I love my sandals with tassels which add a lot more details and movement to the shoes.  Put on a straw hat.  Not only it can shield you from the fierce sun light, it lifts your outfit to another level.
